Light: Thrives in bright indirect light. Can handle a few hours of direct sun. Regularly rotate the pot to ensure all sides of the plant end up facing the light and growing evenly. Too little light can cause the plant to become weak and leggy.

Temp: Average home temperatures. During the winter months, move the plants away from drafts from windows, air conditioners and heaters, as they can damage the foliage.

Water: Allow soil to dry out half way down between waterings.

Toxicity: Toxic to pets

Trouble shooting

Yellow leaves, mushy stems: suggest plant is being overwatered, root rot.

Wilting brown leaves, crispy edges: indicates plant is being underwatered and/or low humidity.

No new growth: If plant goes dormant, lightly fertilize and provide bright light & water.
